Installation pattern for openSUSE Kalpa

openSUSE Kalpa does not use Recommends: when building our installation images, so Requires: are used.

Additionally, Desktop applications are intended to primarily be installed only through Flatpak, there should only be applications listed in the pattern, when they are determined to be critical to be in the default install, and a flatpak is not available.
