Many of our devel repositories have slightly different policies around many things including around which repositories / architectures should be enabled, how requests are reviewed and many other small minor things.
The board has identified this as a pain point especially for newer contributors who may invest significant time fixing issues for versions the devel project may not care about as an example, as a starting point the board would like to hear ideas from the community on how we could approach this.

Decided today that this is probably not going to happen due to lack of activity for a year, so it's shelved for now.
