Make sure that action items always get a new ticket after each meeting
Make sure tickets are closed when they are done.
A calendar to easy see the time and the day of the meeting with iCal Export would be good, i just randomly saw the meeting today on Telegram and decided i had time to join (not a board member, only a OpenSUSE contributor/user)
