Remove monitoring role from {slimhat,widehat}.infra.opensuse.org
    
    This role is meant for the monitoring server. For monitoring hosts,
    no explicit role assignment is needed, since this is happening
    automatically via the `base` role, which is applied to all hosts in this
    infrastructure.
