Set UID in rsync deployment job
    
    This sets the UID to the one used by the "cloneboy" user.
    Needed to avoid Salt and rsync changing the directory ownership
    back and forth. We might want to consider changing the Salt state to use
    a different user once the same state is no longer needed by Salt Masters
    using Git clone based deployments.
