Subject: drop webtest.o.o


webtest.o.o was an exact copy of www.o.o with an hourly cronjob to
update it from github. That's exactly the same we have on www.o.o, so
there's no point in keeping another copy on the community.i.o.o server.

Note: the access log had only 2635 lines since 03/Jan, therefore I
already dropped the webtest.o.o domain from DNS and haproxy.

While updating pillar/id/community_i_o_o, add a comment about
community.o.o/ebooks
