Add jenkins-agent-i-o-o machine
    
    This is a basic setup to allow further testing of jenkins-i-o-o. This
    machine is going to be used as a Jenkins agent, and its purpose is to
    provide nodes (or workers) for building whatever the Jenkins controller
    (jenkins-i-o-o) delegates to it.
