Allow plain HTTP access from VPN clients to Atlas
    
    Allow utilizing services useful with "curl" without getting stuck
    on port 80 - IPv4 over the internet already allows plain
    HTTP and the connectivity to public segments over the VPN should
    match what is offered without the VPN.
