Adjust kanidm-unixd-tasks dependencies
    
    Remove odd circular dependency and run all package installation states
    first, then engage kanidm-unixd, then kanidm-unixd-tasks (the latter
    is already invoked by kanidm-unixd through a systemd dependency, but
    we still keep the state to ensure it gets started and enabled).
