monitoring: remove monitoring-plugins-pnp_rrds from whitelist
    
    The currently installed package
    
    server:monitoring / openSUSE_Leap_15.3  monitoring-plugins-pnp_rrds
    
    was built for 15.3 and is no longer available anywhere, so the
    monitoring should complain about it ;-)
