update the NTP server configs:
    
    - remove the configs of rolex/lange, since they are now public NTP
      servers provided by openSUSE, and are moved to the SUSE-DMZ network
    - anna and elsa are NTP servers for the infra.o.o network, using the
      public openSUSE NTP servers as upstream. Adjust their roles and their
      NTP configs
