updates on the NTP servers:
    
    - add each other as a peer. Use IP addresses instead of domain names to
      make sure there won't be a hiccup
    - do not add the cname entries for server/restrict on NTP servers, only
      on NTP clients
    - remove internal suse machines as peers
    - add 'restrict default ignore' as first rule in all machines
