Make sure etckeeper is deployed on all hosts
    
    This adds a new profile (`etckeeper`), which is included in the base
    role, i.e. on every host. It will make sure that etckeeper is installed
    and initialized everywhere. This will make it possible to keep track of
    changes within `/etc` using Git.
