Wiki config: adjust $wgSquidServers to the NBG setup
    
    This is needed to avoid accidently blocking the login proxy IPs when
    blocking a spammer.
    
    Also drop the outdated $wgLogo setting - it pointed to an old path which
    caused PHP warnings, and is unused in the Bento skin anyway.
