config: disable SCSI_UFSHCD on s390/x
    
    It depends on PCI and can be re-enabled when PCI is enabled
    on s390/x. I expect eventually another module will be added to use
    a different bus technology so adding a depends PCI on SCSI_UFSHCD
    won't really help.
