README: Update the What Is The Kernel ABI? section (jsc#PED-5021)
    
    * Remove long obsolete information about "kernel(...)" per-class RPM
      dependencies and replace it with information about "ksym(...)"
      per-symbol entries.
    * Simplify structure of the text.
