rpm/kernel-binary.spec.in: Fix handling of +arch marker (bsc#1186672)
    
    The previous commit made a module wrongly into Module.optional.
    Although it didn't influence on the end result, better to fix it.
    Also, add a comment to explain the markers briefly.
