Update config files (bnc#1011884).
    
    Kill FRAME_POINTER. Thanks to the stack traces generation rewrite in
    4.9 & DWARF unwinding port, frame pointers are no longer needed for
    stack traces. We can shoot them down now. I am going to implement
    generation of DWARF info for assembly rather soon.
