Drop a time patch (stable-5.14.5)
    
    Stable 5.14.5 upstream reverted two commits that have been added in
    5.14.4.  One of them, the posix-cpu-timer patch, has been already
    backported for bsc#1190366, so we keep it, while dropping another one
    for time patch.
