- Update
      patches.rpmify/Kconfig-make-CONFIG_CC_CAN_LINK-always-true.patch.
    
    - we faked also CC_CAN_LINK_STATIC temporarily to work around the
      bpfilter_umh build breakage but that is no longer needed so we no longer
      need to pretend we can do static linkage on build
    - refresh config files to reflect the change
