Enable CONFIG_PINCTRL_CHERRYVIEW and _BROXTON (boo#954532)
    
    Needed for recent tablets/laptops.
    
    CONFIG_PINCTRL_BAYTRAIL is still disabled as it can't be built as a
    module.
