config: disable MTD_DOCG3 on i386, x86_64, ppc64, ppc64le
    
    This generation of DiskOnChip is quite old and found on embedded platforms.
    It's probably ok to disable it for arm64 as well.
    
    These devices can only be enumerated using open firmware.
