config: armv7hl: Disable CONFIG_USB_MUSB_TUSB6010
    
    TUSB6010 is not used by any of our JeOSes*, but introduces issues
    with USB on BeagleBone (and all other boards utilizing musb_hdrc).
    
    The way to resolve the issues is currently unknown, so temporarily
    disable it.
