mutt for Leap 15.5, collected via SLE is v1.10.1 (2018-07-13) with 2.2.10 in factory. There are a number of known issues.
neomutt for Leap 15.5 is 20220429-bp155.1.11 with 20230517 in factory & server:mail Leap 15.5 project.

Would be great to have a newer version of stock mutt in Leap 15.6.
Confusingly search on software.opensuse.org can't find any official mutt package for Leap 15.5 https://software.opensuse.org/package/mutt
zypper info mutt shows: Repository : openSUSE-Leap-15.5-Oss Vendor : SUSE LLC https://www.suse.com/
Which makes me think it comes from the SLE-SPx help.
