As per advice of Stefan Dirsch we should not ship packages from https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/X11:Bumblebee in Leap 15.X
This is the tracker for the drop. We should make sure it's mentioned in Release notes.

WE should not drop VirtualGl and dkms. These should probably find a new devel project other than Bumblebee.
A side note Stefan Dirsch, found a volunteer for the project. It seems that we could have a volunteer starting by January 2024.
I also modified the release notes change, to cover only drop packages related to bumblebee (not dkms/virtualg)
