As every year Axel is trying to deliver latest GNU Health, and the python-Kivy which is one of dependencies requires SDL2 >= 2.26 at least to get those highdpi support, as well as SDL2_ttf need update to 2.20.x.

We have a person from GNOME team on it. As soon as this is done we'll be unblocked in a further progress on GNUHealth
