https://github.com/openSUSE/openSUSE-welcome/pull/28 come up with an interesting idea to execute plasma-welcome/gnome-tour in case it's available.
This goes well with https://hackweek.opensuse.org/projects/opensuse-welcome while keeping the current openSUSE-welcome as a fallback for DEs without dedicated greeter app.
