aaa_base on LEAP is now 3+ years out of date.
I was told to give a bug or reason why this package should be bumped, but I don't think I need one since the bug fixes are numerous. I encourage any concerned reader to scan the merged pull requests.
I became aware of this issue because of https://github.com/openSUSE/aaa_base/pull/84 which identifies and fixes several key bindings that break various shell integrations.
