I need transactional-update to be rebased to at least version 3.6.2 because it contains important fixes for libdnf-plugin-txnupd.
Leap 15.3 currently has 3.5.5, and I'd like 15.4 to have 3.6.2 or newer.

This is now done by Ignaz as a maintenance update to SLE 15 SP3, which was inherited by SLE 15 SP4, which will show up in openSUSE Leap 15.4.
