Seems like nvidia made the firmware blobs public. We should definitely have them in the distribution.

This will land as a maintenance update from SP4 update from Product Management. The reasoning is that we need to have the adjusted nouveau driver first. Without this shipping of the firmware blobs make no sense.

The initial comment covers an updated firmware used by nouveau driver. The openGPU driver in the latest 2 comments by @bittin uses a complete different (GSP) firmware. Here is my blog about using openGPU driver. In case you're interested in using it.
