Take advantage of new features and bugfixes for KDE, GNOME, LXQT, LXDE, Cinnamon, Mate, XFCE, sway

GNOME is part of SLE, while the rest are not.

Enlightenment will also get an update to the latest version 0.25.X, there have been a bunch of branding changes that i'm now working through, A new wallpaper will help :-)
