Because I am doing this for the first time.
Skanpage from factory doesn't work on Leap 15.4, I think all plasma should be updated to the latest version.

Unfortunately I don't know how to create packages, I'm a regular user.

initially you just need to submit existing package from openSUSE:Factory to Leap, that's basically the command I wrote above, it needs to build. Perhaps we'll need to update some dependencies, but we're here to help.

Just in case, we'll keep this feature open until Beta (Feb 16). @opendreas Please make sure into it prior this date or feature will be rejected. It's not really that difficult and you could have some fun learning something new over Christmas vacation.
