As per the referenced bug report 1189023, the model descriptions were absent.
The submission process is too complex. Is SLE15-SP4:Update already going to be included in SP5 or not, it's unclear whether two SRs were the right thing to do.
so unless a package is forked in SP5, the source/binaries would get inherited. So in this case we just want SP4:Update
