Recently I've discovered I can authenticate my registered IRC username under my Matrix user when connecting to the Libera.chat Matrix instance. I can't quite remember if I've ever had an IRC cloak before, after becoming a member.
Can someone set it up for me, please? Well, if I recall correctly, the Libera.chat folks are the ones actually doing the setup after someone from our side contacts them, right?
I'm sorry, I just found out reading the admin wiki, that there is https://code.opensuse.org/project/irc for such issues. Do we have the power of transferring/moving issues?
It doesn't look like Pagure is showing that option @luc14n0. Best to start an issue there. I'll close this one out.

No need for additional paperwork, I can also request cloaks when they are requested in a slightly wrong tracker ;-)
