I updated this in the database. No idea if there is more involved on the IRC cloaks though.
Let's give this 48 hours to see if the auto-sync works, or if we need to get in touch with the heroes.
Cloak setup is a manual process. A libera group contact (I'm one of them) has to ask the libera admins to setup the cloak.
I usually watch cloak-related tickets, but if I miss one, feel free to ping me.
Note: Unfortunately mail notifications from code.o.o were broken for a while, so if I missed some new Members / cloak requests, please tell me.
BTW @dimstar: I noticed that you don't have a cloak yet. If you want one, please open a ticket, ideally at https://code.opensuse.org/project/irc
