Combustion dotconf

The project holds a few Combustion scripts that supports various use cases such as deploying a K3s cluster with MicroOS or Leap Micro, or installing basic packages. The scripts are easily customizable, and can be configured just defining a few paramaters for the variables. Do note that the K3s scripts are installing the upstream K3s version by default, if you want to use the openSUSE packaged version you must define it. Details in the script comments.
