Subject: IB/mlx5: Fix return value check in flow_counters_set_data()
Patch-mainline: v4.18-rc2
Git-commit: e31abf76f4d4d3202ca16b9668b11178df23d473
References: bsc#1103991 FATE#326007
In case of error, the function mlx5_fc_create() returns ERR_PTR() and
never returns NULL. The NULL test in the return value check should be
replaced with IS_ERR().
