Subject: IB/hns: Support compile test for hns RoCE driver
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
Git-commit: e89bf462b6bece63a60723af88c76dce9dbe6b85
References: bsc#1104427 FATE#326416
Compiling the hns RoCE driver requires ARM architecture.
In order to simplify development of IB/core, support
compile test. Add the necessary includes for that too.
