Subject: i40e: Further implementation of LLDP
Patch-mainline: v5.2-rc1
Git-commit: c65e78f87f8131361141c1b1c7f415ed21e86bde
References: jsc#SLE-4797
This code implements driver code changes necessary for LLDP
Agent support. Modified i40e_aq_start_lldp() and
i40e_aq_stop_lldp() adding false parameter whether LLDP state
should be persistent across power cycles.
