Subject: PCI: dwc: pci-dra7xx: Fix runtime PM imbalance on error
Git-commit: c2615d620a852adf43d425dea81eb854c8673cfd
Patch-mainline: v5.9-rc1
References: bsc#1179344
pm_runtime_get_sync() increments the runtime PM usage counter even
it returns an error code. Thus a pairing decrement is needed on
the error handling path to keep the counter balanced.
