Subject: samples/bpf: Use --target from cross-compile
Patch-mainline: v5.5-rc1
Git-commit: 518c13401e16eae1d83d6e459daf6e776a97eba9
References: bsc#1177028

For cross compiling the target triple can be inherited from
cross-compile prefix as it's done in CLANG_FLAGS from kernel makefile.
So copy-paste this decision from kernel Makefile.
