Subject: skmsg: Update saved hooks only once
Patch-mainline: v5.7-rc1
Git-commit: 1a2e20132db7bb76dd4f97b8364bd167227dd15f
References: bsc#1177028
Only update psock->saved_* if psock->sk_proto has not been initialized
yet. This allows us to get rid of tcp_bpf_reinit_sk_prot.
