Subject: [PATCH] drm/i915/gvt: Don't dump partial state in cmd parser
Git-commit: e4aeba697943692652246a2d0a040f0859d70e86
Patch-mainline: v4.16-rc1
References: FATE#322643 bsc#1055900
I have seen the cmd parser dump partial odd info. Stop that and only dump
the full verbose info when debug enabled.
