Subject: [PATCH] linux/parser.h: add include guards
Git-commit: 8b85996095049a2216c0a6b582330ec75913243c
References: bsc#1192606
Patch-mainline: v5.8-rc1

<linux/parser.h> is missing include guards. Add them.

This is needed to allow declaring a function in <linux/fscrypt.h> that
takes a substring_t parameter.
