Subject: s390/qeth: Remove redundant 'flush_workqueue()' calls
Git-commit: 129c77b5692d4a95a00aa7d58075afe77179623e
Patch-mainline: v5.18-rc1
References: jsc#PED-594 LTC#198619
'destroy_workqueue()' already drains the queue before destroying it, so
there is no need to flush it explicitly.
Remove the redundant 'flush_workqueue()' calls.
