Subject: IB/rxe: avoid export symbols
Patch-mainline: v4.18-rc1
Git-commit: 76be04500be2d3e3c0ed7e13d3bc4453b985355b
References: bsc#1103992 FATE#326009
The functions rxe_set_mtu, rxe_add and rxe_remove are only used in their
own module. So it is not necessary to export them.
