Subject: svcrdma: Clean-up svc_rdma_unmap_dma
Patch-mainline: v4.13-rc1
Git-commit: 0d956e694ad2d4b8fb3940dc19e738e1fc158353
References: bsc#1103992 FATE#326009
There's no longer a need to compare each SGE's lkey with the PD's
local_dma_lkey. Now that FRWR is gone, all DMA mappings are for
pages that were registered with this key.
