Subject: [PATCH] dmaengine: ioat: constify pci_device_id.
Git-commit: 01fa2fae5a0b0f1c7c7c4afb336fff0278161432
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
References: jsc#SLE-5442
pci_device_id are not supposed to change at runtime. All functions
working with pci_device_id provided by <linux/pci.h> work with
const pci_device_id. So mark the non-const structs as const.
