Subject: infiniband: pvrdma: constify pci_device_id.
Patch-mainline: v4.14-rc1
Git-commit: 7806def081b2185a488fb31bd1deb4f5a3fe4765
References: bsc#1046306 FATE#322942
pci_device_id are not supposed to change at runtime. All functions
working with pci_device_id provided by <linux/pci.h> work with
const pci_device_id. So mark the non-const structs as const.
