Subject: scsi: lpfc: Eliminate use of LPFC_DRIVER_NAME in lpfc_attr.c
Patch-mainline: v5.13-rc1
Git-commit: 5b1f5089b6e65a8a146ae9d0c69708d369c349e4
References: bsc#1185472

During code inspection, several cases of creating a dynamic attribute names
in logs messages using a define was found. This is unnecessary.

Place the native symbol name in the log messages.
